Are Zaventem Brussels airport transfers free of charge?
After depositing your vehicle in our car park, our free shuttle will drop you off in front of your departure terminal in less than 8 minutes. When you return from your trip, our shuttle will take you back to our car park from your arrival hall.
Our dedicated shuttle service provides fast transfers between our car park and the airport. Shuttles are frequent and included in your booking.

What are the shuttle times?
Our shuttle service operates 24 hours a day.

Where will the shuttle drop us off and where will it pick us up on our return?
On your way to Zaventem Brussels airport, our driver will drop you off directly in front of the departure hall.
For your return journey, our shuttle will be waiting for you in front of the arrival terminal. Don't forget to call +324 70 19 50 38 when you have collected your luggage to confirm your arrival with the driver.

Can I book a valet service from Brussels Zaventem airport?
That's right, we offer a professional valet service: opt for our valet service and let us take charge of your vehicle as soon as you arrive at the airport. We'll take care of parking for you, so you can save time and start your journey with peace of mind.

How is my vehicle picked up from Brussels Zaventem airport?
On the day of your departure, contact your valet 1 hour before your arrival at the airport drop-off point. He or she will be waiting for you at the drop-off point in your departure terminal.

If you have taken out the "inventory of fixtures" option, our valet will take you on a complete tour of your vehicle. You can then leave your keys with him, and he will park your vehicle in our car park located just a few minutes from the airport.

What happens when I return my vehicle to Brussels Zaventem?
On the day of your return, contact your valet on +324 70 19 50 38 after collecting your baggage. He will take your vehicle to the drop-off point at your arrival terminal and return the keys to you.

Can I book a valet service without knowing my final flight times?
For many charter flights, flight times are not confirmed until 48 hours before departure. You can simply provide the departure and return dates and approximate times when you make your booking. Afterwards, please contact us by telephone to let us know the exact times.

Will I receive an order confirmation after making my online reservation?
As soon as we receive your online payment, we'll send you a summary of your order and payment by e-mail.
Simply present this voucher on the day of your arrival at the car park.

What options can I book online?
Cancellation insurance option: This option allows you to obtain a refund if you cancel your booking, in accordance with the cancellation conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).

Inventory of fixtures option: take out the inventory of fixtures service for your vehicle.

Option to wash your vehicle: Nooya Park can wash your vehicle (exterior, interior or complete wash).
